Bullard

Bullard is a sizable community located eight miles north of Fresno’s downtown area. This is a huge suburban region in Fresno’s northeast that has a population of 100,730 people. Bullard is separated into smaller districts, creating a close-knit community. Work up a sweat on a jog over the scenic trails that run across Bullard, or take a relaxing bike ride through the park-like portions of town. Bullard is close to many retail areas, including the Fashion Fair Mall, as well as a variety of restaurants and interesting businesses along West Shaw Avenue. The area boasts excellent schools and is close to the campus of California State University, Fresno. Bullard is also close to Fresno Yosemite International Airport, and Interstates 41 and 99 make getting around Fresno simple. Bullard High School is surrounded by this community. Bullard High School was established in 1955 and is well regarded in the community. This is an older neighborhood with a welcoming atmosphere. While out on a stroll or dining at one of the neighborhood eateries, everyone waves, and smiles. It’s wonderful to be here. The ease of access to two of Fresno’s major freeways is one of the reasons why people like to live here. It’s a 14-minute trip south on the 41 from the core of the Bullard district to downtown. It’s also 11 miles from Fresno International Airport, which takes around 18 minutes. If you’re on the extension, homes in this neighborhood will cost anything from $300,000 to over $1 million. Ranch style or mid-century modern, both of which are highly trendy right now, are the most common architectural styles in this area. If you want to rent in this neighborhood, expect to pay between $995 and $2,300 a month for a single-family house. Bullard has a lot to offer, including Fig Garden Village, which is smack in the center of the neighborhood. The area is well-known and well-liked for its convenient proximity to some of Fresno’s best restaurants and shopping. There is lots of shopping and dining in this neighborhood, as well as easy access to the Central Valley. There are multiple schools in the region, including Bullard Talent K-8 Elementary, Forkner Elementary, and Bullard High School, because over half of the population has children. On tree-lined, shaded streets, Bullard has a number of one-story homes that aren’t too close together, as well as apartment complexes. Bullard Plaza Shopping Mall is one of the several shopping options. There’ll never be a time when you’re too far away from shopping or dining.
